- @Estefanía — coordinate pre-installation with the client. Germán has been on-site and sent videos, Aleix did a call to review the POD space, but Carla wants a technician to physically go and review everything properly.
- @Sahil + @Facundo — confirms the payment system and POD interface will be the same as Ballena Alegre. Heads-up, no question.
- @Mária — she's already requested the client logo for POD personalisation and the comunicador. Same as Ballena Alegre but with the Cala Pola logo.

- To Aleix: flags that Aleix already did two video calls with the camping's maintenance team to advance the POD acometidas (utility hookups — water, drain, power).
- To Sahil + Facundo: just "Con Uplan chicos!" — a nudge to align on the UPlan integration for Cala Pola, same direction as Ballena Alegre.
- To Mária: confirms logo placement (front of dispenser + side comunicador). He'll connect her with Nerea via Hangouts to develop comms / activation strategy.
Signs off with "LETS GO". Aleix is now visibly on the thread; the technical pre-installation conversation has a clear owner; the integration ball is in your and Facundo's court.
Where it stands + a possible reply
Thread is fresh — under 24 hours old. Nobody's spoken since Germán. You're picking up a conversation that just started, not catching up on backlog.
The expected move from your side: short. Acknowledge you've seen it, confirm you and Facundo will replicate the BA payment + POD interface for Cala Pola, mention the UPlan integration is in active discussion.
Useful overlap with the Mária thread: the UPlan conversation you just told Mária about (for the Volkswagen event Thu 14 May 2026) is the same UPlan conversation that applies here. Whatever status you give Carla and Germán should be consistent with what you said to Mária — active discussion, may or may not be ready in time, fallback is opening dispensers for free use during the event window.
Three things worth flagging or asking:
- Sanity check on the BA template. BA Pods just got reactivated for 2026. Are you and Facundo confident the BA payment + POD interface is solid enough to clone, or are there known issues to fix on BA first? Worth thinking about even if you don't raise it on this thread.
- No install date or go-live date in the thread yet. Worth asking — UPlan timing depends on it.
- Hardware-on-site date. Same gap; close it before committing to a UPlan path.

Thanks for the kick-off. Confirming Facundo and I will replicate the Ballena Alegre payment system and POD interface for Cala Pola.
On the UPlan side, the integration discussion is active. I'll know more in the next couple of weeks. If we need a fallback for the early events, the same approach we use at Ballena Alegre — opening the dispensers for free use during the event window — will work here too.
Quick question: what install date and go-live date are you working towards? That'll help me sequence the UPlan work.
